Our Founder
Founded in 2013 by Rodney Hodge, KeyConnect Consulting is built on more than four decades of executive leadership and consulting experience. Following a distinguished 37-year career at IBM, Rodney established KeyConnect Consulting to provide organizations with the strategic insight, trusted guidance, and executive-level expertise needed to succeed in today's competitive marketplace. During his career, Rodney held leadership positions spanning business consulting, technology services, managed services, software solutions, and sales management while serving clients in government, education, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, financial services, and other commercial industries throughout the Midwest.
